We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users' needs. Airware has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States. By using Airware's services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States. The United States has not sought nor received a finding of "adequacy" from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR, Airware is providing for appropriate safeguards by entering binding, standard data protection clauses, enforceable by data subjects in the EEA and the UK.
Depending on the circumstance, Airware also collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data with consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of Airware in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. Your personal data is stored by Airware on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services Airware engages, located in the United States. Airware retains service data for the duration of the customer's business relationship with Airware and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Airware's own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Airware's services.
Airware retains personal data and usage data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
By default, we retain audio and video data for 7 days after capture, and meeting metadata including transcriptions for 42 days after capture, after which this data is permanently deleted. You can request we delete this data earlier, which results in audio and video data being deleted immediately, and metadata being deleted after 35 days.
We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.
